Cheap Flight International

What airlines give kid discounts on international airfare? I am traveling to Morocco with a 4 year old and a 16 months old in August. Travelocity told me to call the airline itself. There are hundreds of arilines. How do I find this out? Has anyone heard or got a discount? If so, what airline did you fly? We are traveling from Portland,OR to Tangier, Morocco. So far the tickets seem to be $1500 per adult. Do they get any cheaper? Thanks for any info.
