Is the a secure place to buy cheap international flight tickits?

Are there any secure and reliable websites to buy international flight tickits from. I'm leaving from VA and going to Bulgaria.

1. www.bestfares.com if you find something that looks interesting (which you should without any problem) you'll have to join the site and become a member (60$ fee) but its worth it most of the time.
2. the best way to go it's Orbitz.com, I flight often and it is where I find the lowest rates, there's an option to click on one day before and after because the price can vary and you might want to fly one day before if it'll save you 100. Check it out!
