What is the best way to find last minute flight deals?

I want to get away this weekend but when I'm searching for flights they are ridiculously expensive. Is there a site that lists all the last minute fares and makes deals to sell unsold seats? I even checked priceline and it is just as expensive and they won't accept even a normal fair ($250) when I do name your own price. Any ideas?

3. Priceline does offers tickets for cheap. Try to find some alternate airports at your departure and destination. That should do the trick.
